Safety

Here at W.N.Y safety is our priority and is taken very seriously. Our goal is to get everyone home without an incident year in year out. 
We are able to accomplish this by strong communication, leadership and mentoring. Safety concerns are advised to be brought up for immediate attention. 
Our senior employees are in charge of Tool Box meetings where day to day risks and site pacific risks and hazards are analyzed and discussed.
Our office safety administrator is in charge of safety gear, jobsite first walk throughs and risk reports also dealing with any concerns or extra safety equipment needed to keep the jobsite and the workers safe.
